Restaurant Ampelos in Florsheim

Delicious! We picked up Piperies Florinis as a starter, the farmer's plate and the lemonato as a main course for a celebration. We liked them very much. In addition, the portion is very large. The food was definitely worth it and can only be recommended.

The host is super friendly and runs his restaurant with a lot of passion! As always, the dishes were fresh and delicious! The daily specials in particular are great. We will use the opportunity to pick up dishes from next week and will be back in December! Stay healthy!

The Ampelos in Weilbach is characterized by excellent Greek cuisine, always fresh fish and a very courteous, child-friendly host. The boss is also happy to advise you on a menu and changing daily offers. This includes the recommendation for a good Hellenic wine and a good "nightcap". Just try it. Highly Recommended! - Oh yes, even if the common vernacular likes to assign the name "Ampelos" to the nearby traffic light-controlled intersection, it simply means "vine" in Greek. The gateway to the Rheingau begins in Weilbach ... 😉

The taste of the food is pretty good, but expensive prices and the dishes are a bit smaller on side dishes ... potatoes, vegetables depending on the side dish. I had to eat for 2 people which cost me about 30 €, but a personal matter is therefore 3 stars I only come to this place with a little hunger 1l water a main course about 20 € Preparation also takes a little longer ...

This is the best Greek where I have been. After the first visit I recommended it to my whole family and everyone is as excited as me. If you want something more relaxed and good Greek food at ampelos since you right !!!

Great people, amazing food

Went here tonight to 5 (with family) eat here .. We have to say that food was outstanding, delicious and super nicely prepared !! We could not decide what to eat for the starter, so the owner has conjured us a fabulous, delicious appetizer plate for 5 people with a creation of all different dishes! The main courses very well cooked no matter if it was the lamb, fish turkey or puree, all were satisfied. To drink we were allowed to taste two types of wine before we decided to buy a bottle! Great service and very attentive. Very nice people there. We will be back definitely . Oh and the dessert he served us all on a large plate with 3 different variations, incredibly good. Thank you for the cozy great evening with you!

The highlight in this restaurant is definitely the food. Here is served the finest, really delicious! You will be taken care of in a friendly and attentive manner. The ambience is rather rustic and without many frills, everything is nice and clean. We felt very comfortable.

So if you are looking for something special and like to remember your holiday in Greece, here is the Ampelos right! You will be welcomed. A food dream, as it is known in Greece or Cyprus. Any dishes ... a culinary delight, so you do not want to stop pampering his tongue. The guest business, speak operation .... simply inspiring, friendly, courteous and not pushy .... so you want to enjoy his memories. I can only recommend this !!!

I was eating there with my wife for the first time, last night and I'm more than happy. My wife had been eating there twice and was always excited. The selection and the processing of the dishes is very good, also the portion sizes are appropriate. The staff were very attentive and as soon as they liked something it was corrected directly. I really enjoyed the food and I would like to eat there every day. In any case, clear recommendation from me.
